1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of deepq.in, operated by DeepCode Labs Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with its registered office at 406, Regus Business Center, Gumidelli Towers, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Use of the DeepQ product is governed by a separate written agreement between DeepCode Labs and the customer organisation. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement.

2. What this website is

This website provides information about DeepQ, a queue and service-flow platform built by DeepCode Labs, and a way to enquire about it.

It is informational. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a contract, a warranty, or professional advice of any kind. Any commercial relationship with DeepCode Labs is created only by a signed written agreement.

3. Using the site

You may view, download and print material from this website for your own internal business evaluation purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms
  • Copy, republish, resell or commercially exploit its content without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
  • Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site’s operation or availability
  • Use automated systems to extract content, except for legitimate search engine indexing
  • Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any organisation

We may restrict or withdraw access to anyone who breaches these terms.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, diagrams, screenshots, logos, layout, design and software — is owned by DeepCode Labs or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

“DeepQ” and “DeepCode Labs” are marks of DeepCode Labs Pvt. Ltd. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use them.

DeepQ’s hybrid queue coordination method is the subject of Indian Patent Office application 202541130807, filed 9 January 2026. The application is pending; no patent has yet been granted.

5. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep this website accurate and current. However:

  • Content is provided for general information and may change without notice
  • Product capabilities described here may change as the product develops
  • Screenshots and illustrations use sample data and do not represent any real customer, individual or business
  • Where a feature is described as in development or planned, it is not currently available, and we give no commitment as to whether or when it will be

We make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment.

6. No warranties

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepCode Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use this website — regardless of how it arises.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Enquiries you send us

If you submit an enquiry through this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to provide it — including any information about your organisation.

Personal data you send is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any non-personal information, suggestion or feedback you send us is treated as non-confidential, and we may use it freely without obligation to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the “last updated” date will change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.

12. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and DeepCode Labs regarding use of this website.
