Real-time queue infrastructure

The queue engine your chain runs on.

DeepQ is a real-time queue and service-flow engine for multi-location service businesses. It runs underneath your brand, alongside the systems you already have — so your customers get a live, honest wait, and your floor gets a live, honest view of itself.

Every location runs its own queue. None of them agree.

A chain with forty locations has forty different waiting systems — a paper list here, a phone call there, a whiteboard, someone’s memory. Customers can’t see where they stand. Managers can’t see capacity until the floor is already backed up. Head office finds out a week later, in a report.

The queue is the most operationally expensive part of a service business, and it is almost always the least instrumented.

An engine, not an app

DeepQ handles bookings, walk-ins, queue state, staff assignment and live estimates. Your brand sits on top. Your customers never see ours.

One queue, however they arrive

Appointments, remote queue-joins and walk-ins land in the same ordered queue. Not three systems pretending to be one.

Live across every location

A change on a floor tablet in one branch reflects on the network dashboard and on the customer's screen.

  1. 01

    Connect

DeepQ runs as a service alongside your existing booking, POS or clinic system. It does not replace them.

  2. 02

    Brand

Customer-facing surfaces carry your identity, your domain, your tone. Multi-brand deployments run from one platform.

  3. 03

    Deploy

Location by location. Start with one branch, prove it, roll out.

  4. 04

    Operate

Your managers run the floor. Your head office watches the network. We run the infrastructure.
