For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, DeepCode Labs is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website — meaning we decide why and how it is processed.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what we do with personal data collected through this website.
It does not cover the DeepQ product itself. If your organisation uses DeepQ, or you are a customer of a business that uses DeepQ, a separate privacy notice applies to that processing. Ask us and we’ll send it.
3. What we collect
Information you give us. If you complete the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Your phone number
- Your company name
- Your role
- Your sector
- The number of locations your organisation operates
- Whatever you choose to write in the free-text field
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this form.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-focused analytics that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites. It records aggregate information only — which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world visitors came from, which site referred them, and what type of device was used. None of this identifies you, and we cannot connect it to you as an individual.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
4. Why we use it, and on what basis

We will not send you marketing unrelated to your enquiry, sell or rent your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a profile of you.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider in line with their standard practice.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask what we hold about you, and how we’ve used it
- Correct anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
- Have it erased, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it
- Withdraw your consent at any time — this doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if we don’t resolve it

10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data — encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site, access restricted to people who need it, and providers chosen for their security practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
11. Children
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
Our website links to deepcodelabs.io and may link to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing them with personal data.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change, and material changes will be flagged on this page. Please check it occasionally.
