DeepCode Labs is an engineering company based in Hyderabad. We build DeepQ — a real-time queue and service-flow engine for multi-location service businesses.
We started with a specific, unglamorous problem: in most Indian service businesses the queue is invisible. The customer can’t see it, the floor manager can’t see it until it’s already a problem, and head office sees a version of it a week later. Everything else follows from fixing that.
Where we are. DeepQ is in production with a multi-store salon network. A diagnostic-centre deployment is in build. We are deliberately not claiming more than that — you can check every statement on this site, and we would rather you did.
The technology
DeepQ is built as infrastructure: a versioned REST API, a real-time update layer, and a multi-tenant deployment model that keeps every brand’s data separate. The queue engine, booking engine and real-time hub are separable services, not one tangled application. It runs on Microsoft Azure, deployable in an Indian region.

From the founder
This is not my first company, and the previous ones taught me the same lesson in different industries: the gap between what a business thinks is happening on its floor and what is actually happening is where the money goes.
In service businesses that gap is the queue. Nobody can see it — not the customer, not the manager, not head office. DeepQ exists to close it.
